She has 10+ years of advertising experience, specializing in brand development, executive communications, and strategic planning for national and global B2B and B2C brands. Before joining 1MILLIONHOME, Nichole led development communications for an anti-human trafficking organization and leveraged ethical storytelling to drive growth. She also is an artist and creates spaces for individuals to use creativity for healing. In her role, she works to change mindsets about orphan care and see more kids return home safely.
